Liftech is a thriving elevator repair company located in Southern California. Like many repair businesses, they have a very operationally intensive process. They were using a combination of paper, Excel, Quickbooks and a 3rd party system to track this complex business process that involves their customers, office operations, field operations and parts vendors.
TATEEDA stepped in and developed a brand new solution from the ground up. We created an operations portal for the team in the office to track and monitor customer issues.
We also created a field portal and app for use by the technicians to get assignments and report on status.
Finally, we integrated these applications with Quickbooks so they wouldn't have to double enter information but could continue to leverage their existing accounting system.
These technologies were used: Azure for hosting all environments, Web API, Angular JS, Cordova along with Quickbooks SDK for integration.
